QcompasS provides cloud-based software designed to help organisations manage information through an online Software-as-a-Service platform.

- cancellation prevents future billing
- access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated

- upload unlawful content
- attempt unauthorised access
- interfere with the service
- distribute malware
- use the service for illegal purposes
9. Intellectual Property
The software, branding, design and content of QcompasS remain our intellectual property. Customers retain ownership of their own data.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer during the previous twelve months
Nothing excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
